A christmas collaboration.

The christmas 2013 started a corporation with the talented Japanese furniture designer Akiko Kuwahata. We were asked to decorate the christmas tree at the Designmuseum Denmark. The idea was to take the nordic tradition in silk ribbons, painted wood figures and flags and with these traditions, make our own christmas collection. 

The small, cozy houses, the stars in the dark nights, snowflakes and the Nordic Christmas gnomes are examples of this tradition, which we have reinterpreted and recreated in a modern design.

Together we designed the christmas collection that decorated the christmas tree in the Danish Designmuseum that year. Oh joy ♥
